How would your boss or coworkers describe you?
In my previous role, my boss has always described me as detail-oriented, eager, reliable, and a colleague that always brings positivity to the work environment. I always came to work early and ensured that everything was ready before starting my day. I had put effort to create a positive work environment by showing other colleagues my appreciation of the hard work they were putting in.
In my previous positions, I often have been told that I am very eager and open-minded. Even if I did not know how to do something, I would always ask so that I could learn how to do it. I was also praised for my accountability. I have made errors and took complete responsibility for them while ensuring that I learned from my mistakes to avoid repeating them in the future. Apart from completing several time-sensitive tasks on my own, I was able to contribute ideas and, if possible, help my coworkers with their workload.
