面試後感謝郵件

過五關斬六將以後,你終於完成了面試,回家等待回覆的你又可以做什麼呢?  你可以向面試官或公司人事部發出一封感謝郵件,除了可以表達你感謝該公司給你面試機會,亦可以加強他們對你的記憶點,及重溫面試官對你的個人優勢!一封有效的感謝信,除了可以讓公司對你留下好印象意外,亦可以填補一些在面試期間出現的漏洞,增加你被聘請的機會! 如果打算寫感謝信的你,有以下數點必須要注意: • 可以在面試完結前,禮貌地詢問何時會接到通知或結果,從而計算你應該什麼時候把郵件發出。如果沒有特別詢問,一般而言兩天至五天算是一個比較合理。• 必須確定把郵件發給對的人,可以在面試結束請向面試官索取卡片。到公司網頁仔細翻查,或直接把郵件發送到聯絡你面試的人,並懇請他把郵件轉發給你的面試官亦可。• 郵件裏必須清楚列明你面試的日期及職位,因為面試者眾多,清楚列明可以讓收件人更容易把郵件和作為申請人的你,作出連結• 檢查文法、串仔以及確保對方的姓名及職位均正確,以免留下壞印象,弄巧反拙 以下是兩篇感謝信的範例,以供大家參考!  但緊記不要搬字過紙,要根據個人履歷以及面試狀況而有所調整,才會達到感謝信應有的效果!  範例 1: Follow-up Post-Interview 1 Dear John Doe, I would like to thank you for meeting with me yesterday and interviewing
