What motivates me in a job is having the opportunity to learn a new skill every day. I love challenging myself and being able to make myself grow as a person. That is what excites me the most. A new skill can help me become more confident,independent, and can help set me up to be a better person for my future. Sure, new skills may be scary, but I strive to make myself a stronger person.

Something that motivates me is teamwork. With the right team working on a similar goal, being able to create a project we can all be proud of is something that motivates and excites me. I also believe teamwork is important because of how much others can encourage each other. It could essentially allow you to learn new skills as others since knowledge from more than one person is better than working on your own.
