What type of work environment do you prefer?

I would say my preferred environment is a healthy balance of having my co-workers near me and working alone. While working with others, we can share ideas as to how we can get tasks done, therefore, having more brain power. Working alone has its perks as it allows me to think on my own and focus better. I don’t have a preference for either environment, as both methods are good for me.

I love a good work environment where everyone’s main focus is teamwork. I love working with those who make the work environment fun and relaxing, but most of all, have a healthy balance of being serious to complete tasks as best as possible. I value a good team, and I believe teamwork is important to push others to their fullest capabilities.
